What does FacturaHQ charge for the accountant license?
The accountant workspace is free for firms with at least 3 active clients on FacturaHQ. No fixed cost, no minimum seat count.
How is the 20% commission paid?
Monthly, via local ACH transfer or Yappy. We send a detailed per-client report showing billed amount and corresponding commission.
Can I issue invoices on behalf of my clients?
Yes. With delegated permissions from the client, you can issue, cancel and generate credit or debit notes from your own accountant user.
What happens if a client cancels their subscription?
Commission stops the following month, but every historical document stays accessible to both the client and you.
Is there a white-label edition for my firm?
We are working on a white-label edition (custom domain, firm logo, branded invoices). Contact us if you are interested in joining the pilot.
